SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground round
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. veal, ground
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 slices bread, soaked and squeezed dry
Nutmeg, salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and form into balls. Brown on all sides. Put into casserole. Make gravy and pour over meatballs. Bake about 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
