STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. coarsely crumbled pretzels
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 sm. boxes strawberries, frozen or thawed
1 sm. container whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar

Melt brown sugar and butter and remove from heat. Blend in pretzels and spread in 13 x 9 inch glass pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven 350 degrees. Cool and set aside.

Mix together Jello and boiling water until all granules are dissolved and then add cold water and strawberries. Let thicken slightly in refrigerator, set aside. Whip together topping, cream cheese and sugar. Spread evenly over pretzel mixture. Top with strawberry mixture. Refrigerate and let firm before serving.
