CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 to 2 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped

Cream butter and sugar, then add egg, orange juice, and rind. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add nuts and cranberries.

Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
