CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. corn oil
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. coarsely chopped raw cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients. Add egg, orange juice and oil to dry ingredients and blend. Stir in grated orange rind, cranberries and walnuts. Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Store in freezer.
