SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
4 tbsp. cooking wine
Pinch of salt
Grated orange peel

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. plain flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix casserole ingredients and put in greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. To make topping, cut butter into flour, add sugar and nuts, spread on top of baked potatoes and bake until it looks good.
