CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 slices cubed bread (crust removed)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In saucepan melt butter mix in flour slowly. Add milk, stir until thickened. Mix onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes. Cool. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add crab meat tossing lightly with sauce. Put into individual shells or greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees until hot and bubbly for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
