"QUICK FIX" CHICKEN SOUP | |
2 chicken wings, cut in 1/2 1 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup 1 green onion, chopped 1 egg Prepare soup according to package directions, adding wings and 1/4 cup more water. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until wings are tender. Add green onion, including top, and simmer 3 more minutes. Beat egg in small bowl or cup, slowly drizzle it into simmering soup, stirring. Ladle into mugs or bowls and serve hot. |
