STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
3/4 of an Angel Food cake, torn in pieces
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in almost thawed strawberries, sugar, and salt. Cool until it begins to thicken, fold in whipped cream. Cover the bottom of pan with torn Angel Food cake. Pour half of strawberries mixture in, then add the rest of cake, and cover with rest of strawberry mixture. Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours before serving.
