STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 pt. Cool Whip
1 angel food cake, torn in pieces
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, sugar, and salt. Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Take Cool Whip and fold into gelatin mixture. Cover bottom of pan with 1/2 of angel food cake pieces. Pour 1/2 of strawberry mixture on top. Repeat. Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
