SALMON ROLL 
12-14 potatoes, mashed
1 onion
1 egg white
Salmon
Parsley
Carrots
Beans
Turnip
Peas

Spread hot mashed potatoes on waxed paper. Mixture should be about 1/2 inch thick. Cover with crushed salmon and season to taste with onions and parsley. Roll as if a cake roll and brush with beaten egg white or butter.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and place on a cookie sheet. Bake until golden. Serve hot and place vegetables around roll.
