GOLDEN OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. butter, divided 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Combine next 5 ingredients; stir well. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, coating well. Place chicken in baking pan and dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can also be fried on top of stove. Serves 4. |
