1 box yellow cake mix, or butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil or 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix all ingredients and bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. nuts

Blend all together. Fill and frost cake. This cake should be kept cool.
