CHINESE B B Q SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Stir all ingredients into a casserole dish and microwave on High for 6 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. (Stir once during heating.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
