PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir into creamed mixture to make a soft dough. Stir in nuts and pineapple. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.
