DILLED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. dry dill
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. cooked, peeled med. shrimp

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, salt, dill and onion. Stir in shrimp, cover and chill overnight. Stir once. Serve with wooden picks. Can also be served on shredded lettuce as a first course. Serves 8-10.
