COUNTRY SPARERIBS AND SAUERKRAUT 
country spareribs
potatoes
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 can sauerkraut
carrots
salt and pepper

Brown the spareribs in a skillet with oil. Put the ribs in a crock-pot and then add sauerkraut, brown sugar, potatoes and carrots. Add about 1/4 cup of water. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
