POTATOES SMOTHERED IN SOUR CREAM 
2 lbs. potatoes
2 med. onions
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 heaping tbsp. chopped dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Lightly brown onions in butter. Add to potatoes, with sour cream, dill and season. Cover tightly and simmer until done about 30 minutes.
