FANTASTIC SALAD 
Wash, dry and tear into bits:

1 med. head romaine lettuce
1 lg. heat iceberg lettuce

Combine with:

1 med. cucumber, thinly sliced
2 c. grapefruit sections, drained
1 (10 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections, drained
1 red onion, sliced keep in rings
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drain, slice & save oil

Chill thoroughly.

DRESSING:

Shake together the oil from artichokes with:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Just before serving shake dressing well and sprinkle over salad ingredients. Toss gently until leaves glisten with oil. Serves 12.
