CINNAMON JELLO SALAD 
1/4 c. cinnamon candies
1 lg. pkg. red Jello (any flavor)
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. chopped celery

Dissolve candies in 2 cups boiling water. Remove any hard, undissolved pieces after 3-4 minutes. Add Jello and stir to dissolve. Add applesauce (this is instead of 2 cups water), nuts and celery. Can be added anytime before Jello becomes firm. This recipe is great with holiday turkeys and ham.
