CREAMED CABBAGE 
3 tbsp. butter
6 c. cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. flour
Bacon bits (real)

Melt butter in saucepan; add cabbage and toss over low heat about 3 minutes, or until well coated with butter. Add water and salt. Cover and simmer 12 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Mix sour cream and flour; fold into cabbage. Add bacon bits and cook for a few minutes to heat.
