SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/3 can golden mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and form into steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, drain off fat. Fill the remaining soup can with water, stir, pour over steaks and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
