BACARDI RUM CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix with pudding mix
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rum (dark)
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

GLAZE:

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark rum

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube or 12 cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix cake ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts and bake 1 hour. Cool. Invert onto serving plate. Prick top and sides. Pour and brush glaze evenly over top and sides.

Glaze: Melt butter. Add water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in rum (it will foam).
