KENTUCKY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 or 7 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs (one at a time), beating constantly. Add flour and baking soda alternating small quantities with sour cream, beating constantly. Add flavoring. Use Bundt pan or heavy angel food pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour 15 minutes (use tester).
