COCONUT MACADAMIA COOKIES 
1 1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
14 oz. coconut
small jar macadamia nuts

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, etc. Stir in coconut and macadamias. Bake at 275 degrees for 10 minutes or until firm and not browned.
