WHITE CHOCOLATE AND MACADAMIA
COOKIES
 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. chopped, salted macadamias

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in dry mixture. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
