1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 box crispix cereal
1 box raisins
1 jar peanuts

Melt the first 3 ingredients in microwave and pour over the next 3 ingredients. Combine well and shake the mixture in large bag with 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar.
