1/2 c. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
15-20 oz. box Crispix cereal
1 c. peanuts, optional
3-4 c. confectioner's sugar

Melt 1 stick butter, 12 ounces chocolate chips, 1 cup peanut butter in large saucepan OR in bowl in microwave, 1-2 minutes on medium high power, stirring. Remove from heat. Mix in 1 box Crispix cereal and nuts, if desired, until cereal is well coated. Add 1/4 the mix and 1 cup confectioner's sugar to large plastic bag and shake to coat. Remove. Continue 3 more times. Store in covered container, but not for long!
