WATERGATE CAKE 
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 box yellow cake mix

Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

FROSTING:

1 1/4 c. milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Beat pudding with milk until thick. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Serves 6 to 8.
