WATERGATE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. black walnuts
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Blend together all ingredients except coconut and walnuts; beat 3 minutes with electric mixer. Fold in coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 env. Dream Whip

Beat until thick. Frost cooled cake.
