1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 beaten egg
2 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix well and spread on sandwich bread. Brush both sides of sandwich with melted butter and bake in hot oven until brown. Serve immediately.
