STUFFED VEAL POCKET 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lg. veal pocket
1 1/2 c. crackers, finely ground
1 sm. onion, diced
1 kernel garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
4 eggs to start, add 1-2 more to moisten, should be moister than meatloaf mixture

Mix ingredients; knead a lot. Stuff the pocket; sew it closed at one end. With a knife, jab 5 times on top of veal pocket. Put oil in roaster bottom and place veal pocket in roaster. Sprinkle with paprika. Roast covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
