ITALIAN BONELESS CHICKEN 
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
4 whole chicken breasts, deboned & halved

MIXTURE #1:
1 sm. can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 eggs, beaten

MIXTURE #2:
4 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. oregano
Garlic salt to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

SAUCE:

Simmer 2 hours: 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 can mushrooms (6 oz.) 4 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. oregano Garlic salt, salt & pepper to taste

Dip chicken into egg mixture, then flour mixture. Repeat. Deep fry in oil until brown on both sides. Place in baking dish; top with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with sauce. Heat until cheese melts. Serve with spaghetti noodles.
