YUM YUM 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) box lemon jello
1 c. boiling water & 1 small can pineapple

Let cool in refrigerator until starting to jell. Add 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped stiff), 1 cup grated cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Chill until firm.
