3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, less 1 inch for filling below
1 c. flour

Mix above to blend and form pastry. Make 24 little pieces and flatten and press into "GEM" pans to form crust.

FILLING:

1 inch butter from above
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix filling ingredients and fill shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Freezes well.)
