GIBLET GRAVY 
3/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp flour
1/4 c onion chopped
1/4 c green pepper chopped
1 hard boiled egg

Sauté onion and green pepper slightly. Add butter and flour. Boil giblets and use the broth to thicken. Chop up giblet and add cut up boiled egg.
