VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. mixed frozen vegetables, cooked 8 oz. Stove Top stuffing (chicken) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. sour cream 1/3 c. butter Place 1 cup dry stuffing mix in bottom of 11"x14" glass baking dish. Combine milk, sour cream, soup and drained vegetables. Pour over stuffing. Pour remaining stuffing on top of vegetables. Melt butter, pour over stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. |
