Potatoes (enough to cover bottom of 9x13 dish)
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Slice carrots thin
1 onion (optional), sliced

Spray Pam in 9x13 casserole dish. Slice potatoes (I leave peelings on). Cover bottom of casserole dish with potatoes, carrots and onion. Top with pork chops. Pour cream of chicken soup over pork chops, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour (depending on size of pork chops). Serves 4 to 6 adults or growing boys.
