3 c. grated zucchini, with skins
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs

Beat all together in blender. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (greased). Bake 25-35 minutes at 300 degrees.
