PARTY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crumbled corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter (1/2 stick)

Combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
