1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayo
1 can artichoke hearts in water
Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Chop artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients together. Heat in oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
