HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into 9x5 ovenproof dish. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Makes 2 cups.

I usually double this and use a larger casserole for serving.
