THREE-CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. Mushroom Sauce (recipe follows)
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer into pan: half of noodles, cottage cheese, chicken, Cheddar cheese, mushroom sauce and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
3 tbsp. lightly salted butter
2 c. basic white sauce or 1 can cream of chicken soup plus 2/3 c. milk
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. dried basil

Saute onion and green and red bell peppers in butter. Stir in white sauce or soup mixture, mushrooms and basil. Simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
