BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. cornbread muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli. Add eggs, onion, cheese, and muffin mix. Pour into greased pan. Melt butter and pour over mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400°F.
