SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper, if desired
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. lite sour cream
3/4 c. lowfat yogurt
3/4 c. green onion with tops, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (lowfat)
1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese

Put butter, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, and beef in skillet. Brown beef. Add tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Combine cream cheese, yogurt and onions. Place spaghetti in large oblong greased Pyrex dish; top with sour cream, yogurt, cheese mixture and then the meat sauce. Sprinkle with the shredded cheeses. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6 to 8.
