SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1 lb. spaghetti, macaroni shells, any type of pasta

Cook according to directions. Drain and run under cold water until cool. Set aside to thoroughly drain. Place in a large bowl.

1/2 to 1 med. green pepper, diced
1/2 to 1 med. red pepper, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 bunch scallions, diced including tops
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 to 2 tomatoes, diced

Add to cold pasta.

Prepare 1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing and mix according to directions and pour over pasta, vegetables.

Salt and pepper to taste
If desired sprinkle:
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes or fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. basil

Mix completely and put in refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Toss again before serving.
