NO BAKE COOKIES (Variation #2) 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Combine into a large saucepan, the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, oats, vanilla, salt and remove from heat. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and then cut into squares. The cookies are better if kept refrigerated, but this is not necessary.
