SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. commercial sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped 1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. vegetable soup mix Thaw spinach; place on paper towels and press until barely moist. Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, water chestnuts and vegetable soup mix; stir well. Cover and chill mixture several hours. Serve dip with crackers or raw vegetables. Yield: about 3 cups. |
