QUICK FRIED PIE 
10 to 12 flour tortillas
1 can ready to use pie filling, (apple, peach, etc.)

Put filling (about 2 tablespoons) in center of tortillas. Moisten all around the edges with water. Fold over and seal with fork (pressing). Fry until brown in oil Sprinkle with sugar while hot. (Drain on paper towels.)
