BARBECUE FOR A CROWD 
20 lb. hamburger
1 bunch celery
3 lb. onions
2 lg. family size ketchup
2 cans tomato soup (1 lb. 10 oz. size)
4 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. size)
1 tsp. salt per pound of meat
Pepper to taste
Green pepper, optional
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar

Brown hamburger, chop celery, onions and green pepper. Add all other ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour.
