CHILI FOR A CROWD 
11 lbs. meat
4 lbs. onions
1 entire celery
2 c. bell pepper
1 c. shallots
3 qts. whole tomatoes
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
6 pkgs. chili seasonings
2 sm. cans Snappy Tom
1 (10 oz.) V-8
1 can tomato soup
2 (12 oz.) cans beer
1 c. wine
Chili powder to taste
Season All to taste

Brown meat and drain. Add next 4 ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook 1 to 2 hours. Yield: 21 pints.
